Thinking of getting Funkwerk EGO FLASH Bluetooth Adapter...

Hi Everyone,
I'm thinking of getting a bluetooth adapter for my GE and came across this little baby called the EGO Flash by Funkwerk... I have googled for reviews by nothing seems to pop-up (neither negative or positive feedback). Has anyone tried this brand before? this model? It definitely looks slick and most merchant sites are selling these for up to $200..

While I'm at it, (I know there are other threads showing pictures of this but rarely any description) has anyone installed a permanent Bluetooth mic in their Fit, just wondering how difficult it would be or if I need to have it installed professionally. Thanks!

Never heard of it...I wouldn't buy it. It's usually not a good sign when you can't find ANY reviews for a product like this. I almost always steer my purchase towards products which have the most reviews. I would stick with name brand stuff. Motorola, Blueant, and Parrot make great bluetooth kits.

Doing a quick search, if it were me I would consider something more like this (the prices have really come down on these):

http://www.amazon.com/BlueAnt-Supert...0092311&sr=1-3

Back when I got my bluetooth kit this model was the best bang for the buck, still have it but use it infrequently:

Quick Connect Product

Not sure if QuickConnect has a bluetooth yet for the Honda Fit but if they do, it is the best system around. I had one for my previous civic and for my previous subaru outback sport. Uses the Parrot color screen, which is tiny, and the wiring harness easily attaches to the stereo unit. I had it prof installed for about $200.
