Bluetooth is an option or??

hey everyone I saw this 09 Fit Sport auto/nav on ebay posted today. And it has bluetooth installed in the ceiling, near the maplights. Is this aftermarket? Here is the listing:

It is a bluetooth hands free FACTORY Option... I was told mine came with it in the Navigation and they were wrong. I was able to have a Parrot MKi9200 installed due to their mistake. The unit you see can be purchased and installed for about $1000 thru your honda dealership. VERY few people know about it. It CAN be ordered and installed. The Parrot MKi9200 is SO NICE!! Installed for about $450 and is top of the line. Color display with picture caller ID. Works well with the Navigation.
