Can I swap an XM nav from an Element for my non-XM nav in my 2009 Fit Sport?

Just got my Fit. Love it. I also love satellite radio and am bummed they dumbed down the fit navigation unit.

Has anyone installed a nav unit from a civic or element?

Thanks

I prefer the look and feel of factory. Aftermarket will always be an option, but I'm hoping someone on this forum knows about a factory swap.
