My "cute" little Fit

I've had a handful of friends come over to the house to see my new Fit and also because many of them are not familiar with what a Fit is. Their first comment is generally, "It's cute....but small" and then I show them the magic seats and tell them to get in and try the car out.

Every single one of them is impressed with the handling and the room inside and they all say how Honda thought of every detail with this car. One friend even called the inside "cavernous"!

Yup....love my cute little Fit!

No one besides my dad has driven my car (becaue all my friends can't drive a stick shift) but everyone who I've shown mine too has the same reaction.

I once got asked after I told them it gets close to 35 MPG is it a hybrid?

Ever since I purchased my Fit a couple weeks ago that is the same thing everyone says. "Nice car, its cute"... Lets see $24.99 to fill up my gas tank compared to my girlfriends Avalanche at about $80. I'll keep my cute car any day.

Yes I can handle my car being called cute and the gas milage is the best thing! Glad you love you new car so much! I had a guy with a Ridgeline offer to trade me for his when the gas prices were so high

I recently started a new job, and of course the first comment I hear about my Fit while walking out to the parking lot it "That's a cute car!" I've also had one person in the office ask me "Is that your cute little white car out there?" 'Yeah.' "I thought so. It fits you." WTF?

It was more than "cute" when we had to open a new office and I was able to fit 21 CPUs and lots of other misc stuff! My boss's H3 wasn't nearly as handy.

some of my friends actually say the fit is a girl's car. im fine with it...it only costs me aprox. $31 to fill up a full tank! (yeah, california sucks)

at least our fits aren't the #1 car chosen by the *** community! i read that it was the VW Golf that was the #1 car for the *** community. go figure.

is it weird when a guy in a dodge ram 2500 HD is sitting next to you at red light and says, "hey kid cute little car you got there!" and winks at you. This is in Sacramento and he has a beard and a cowboy hat, and when he drove off there was a god bless america bumper sticker.

uh thanks mister.

All you gotta do do is ask him if he knows what OPEC is and then ask him if he is supporting Saudi Arabia or Venezuela.

And then give him a geeky wave!

He'll be confused for weeks!

Ha ha...My boss called my Fit "cute" yesterday. I told her that I dont like hearing that I drive a "cute" car, but she's the boss, so whatever. In NYC, it often helps to have a smaller car.

Really? For years it was the Jeep Wrangler.

Anyway, if you're that concerned about what other drivers think of your ***uality, you're way too insecure to drive a Fit. I traded a black '94 Dodge Ram pickup for my OR Fit Sport under C4C.

He's definitley not confused (atleast sexually). I don't think he was mocking me for driving a fuel efficient import, he was hitting on me...not that there's anything wrong with that.

If what yer describing is accurate/true, then I'll put a $100 on the fact he was mocking you. I grew-up surrounded by that mentality here in GA. BillyBob's who don't agree with peoples' choices in life can rarely keep their ignorant mouths shut about it.

Epic response, "Thanks, your mom helped me pick the color." Followed by radical, evasive getaway...
