I tried to post this in the for sale section, but it wouldn't let me, even though I have the required 20 posts.

I bought a 2009 Fit Sport last October and a month later replaced the OEM tires with winter tires. In April, I bought 17" Enkei Racing wheels and summer-only tires. As I'm switching back to winter wheels this weekend, I realize the original 185/55-16 Dunlop SP Sport 7000 tires are of no use to me. So they're available free to anyone who can pick them up tomorrow (Sunday) in Maplewood, NJ. I do NOT want to ship these, so please don't ask.

I don't know the exact mileage, but they probably have less than 1,000 miles on them.

If I don't get a response here, I'll put them up on Craigslist as a "Curb Alert" and, if past experience is a guide, they'll be gone within 30 minutes!

Congratulations to Killer Goldfish, who was first to respond at 11:53 PM last night, beating FitDEEZ by just 35 minutes. He's on the way here to pick them up.

All stacked up in plastic bags to keep his car interior clean!

 

Whoops! Got a message from Killer Goldfish that he just realized his car is a base model with 15" wheels and these are the 16" tires from the Sport model. It looks like FitDEEZ gets them after all!

Sorry. The tires were just picked up by FitDEEZ. We almost missed meeting him, as we returned from lunch and a nice drive just as he was loading up his car. A really nice guy with a lovely wife (girlfriend?) and a beautiful silver Fit Sport w/NAV.

Check out what we parked next to at lunch. Wow! You don't see too many of these in this part of the country!
