So i have a 2009 fit sport and I am looking for another set of front seats so that i can recover them myself while still driving the car. I know that the only difference between base and sport is the front arm rest, but i am curious can the arm rest be installed on the base seats? Or is the seat itself missing the support for this?

Also on a side note anyone know where to find a set of seats can't find any in the classifieds so i guess i might need to find one out of a totalled car

 

What are you wanting to recover them with?

Have you considered getting Clazzio covers? You can get a variety of custom colors/options and they fit and look great!

Well my mom has been sewing for 45+ years and wants to try out car upholstery so she wants to recover her fit with full leather/suede yet wants a spare seat to work on first. So it more for the job of doing it then the final result although i imagine the final result will also be great
