My wife is traveling to Taiwan next month, is there anything for the Fit worthwhile buying there?

 

I bet they have some of the generic suspension bars and chassis bracing there...I've seen some of the guys in Indonesia talking about such bars. They may have been made in Taiwan.

Just a thought.

 

If you are looking for OEM items, here's Honda's Taiwanese site for the Fit. There's only a few interesting differences aside from the different front end:

• LED tail lights (RS style).
• Power folding mirrors with LED side marker repeater.
• Red hazard button.

When you say buy, do you mean for yourself or a group buy?
the lighted foot sill and rear camera looks interesting and also the auto folding mirrors, considering the Taiwan based Fit is a LHD, so the mirrors are angle correctly as opposed to the JDM oens

 

Next to the LED taillights, those auto-folding mirrors will be a nice item to buy from Taiwan.

Over here, our LHD GE8s have those stock. They're wired to automatically fold when you shut off the engine.

I'm sorry, one can't really expect the wife to be buying stuff for others, it's hard enough to convince her to get something for us, it's her Fit anyways.

sorry to say this but it doesn't seem funny to me or any others that are from Taiwan.

 

i didnt see any fits in taiwan when i went.. i saw a bunch of 4 door yaris hatches though...
