ok so i've been scouring this site (and the rest of the internet) and I came across these tail lights for the 09+ Fit

I came across these about a month ago I want them so bad but it's like asking to be pulled over especially with my exhaust an all the other stuff I got if u get them plz post pics I would love to see them on ur car it might make me reconsider lol

 

Yeah I love the look.. JDP has a white fit with tails very simliar to that and it looks sick! They are DOT approved from what I understand so I don't see any issue with the cops pulling me over.. I'm just scared bc I've had aftermarket tails before and they always get condensation in the lens.

 

Really I thought any after market lights were a big no no lol than he'll yeah go fo it dude il probly get some in a month or so if I beet u to it il put a pic up what color is ur fit btw?

Does anyone know what the legal restrictions on those smoked tails are? Is it ticket central? I would love to get those.

 

I called the local pd and they said if it's dot approve (whitch they are) then your legal but. Rember the more nticibal u make ur car the more cops r gonna notice I'm gonna do mine soon mabey a week ( I'm getting the money together today lol then il post pics

just ordered the tails today. should arrive some time next week. I will post pics once i do the install. gonna be a good week... have my JDP CF lip and Takeda CAI coming in this week too!!!! I will post pics my new Taffeta White when she's all done...

Not Me... I want to know what the boost in hp is with these things in

JK... The style's not really for me. I like the OEM JDM Base tail lights as I think they would look better on the sport than the sport tail lights do.

... but... it's not my thought that matters but the OP's. If they like it, great... and to think about it, it makes my stock FitS more unique

Yeah, I think my all-time favorites, so far, are the JDM non-LED tails.

 

I emailed the site they r over two weeks backordered and even tho I want to pick up local they want to charge me shipping

 

Shipping is where their profit margin probably is. It's like buying a Cell phone case on Ebay and paying $15 to ship.

I went through Streetbeatcustoms.com two weeks ago and ordered these lights. come to find out that both vendors they use for the lights are out of stock and have no ETA as when they will get some in..... pretty disappointed however i did get my refund...
