Will 17x7 38mm offset fit without rubbing?

Someone in my area has a good deal on a set of work emotion wheels in my area. I know 17x7 works fine, but is will a 38mm offset work without modification? Will I experience rubbing?

Thanks.

if you're lowered you probably will if you dont have fender mods or some sort of camber to not rub.

Thanks for the info. I went to my local dealer in Toronto Ontario and they don't recognize that number, anyway you could possibly help with getting the US or CDN part number they would use at the dealership??
