Looking good. You should put the sub on the other side of the rear, to kind of balance the weight out a bit more.

Very nice, that is definitely my style.

The only thing that bothers me is the X bar. I'd be worried about that thing bending in a crash and decapitating a rear passenger.

How is the fit and finish of your carbon fiber hood? It looks awesome in the pics.

Props for using a 10" sub. I want to put some bass in my car but I only have my 50 lb Pioneer 12" PRS and am reluctant to give it up. I bet that 10" weighs less than 20 lbs with the box?

It looks like your shift boot matches the OEM center console perfectly.

i usually ride alone or with 1 passenger, rarely i have rear passengers, and the carbon fiber is top notch, cant go wrong with JDP's stuff. and yea the sub does weigh a lil bit less than 20 lbs with box. i was trying to match the boot to the center console as much as i can, thats why i got rid of my T1R suede shift boot.

Thumbs up

This is my favorite SSM GE8 by far. Such a clean style. That body matched grill is pretty sweet.

Well--I really like your rims but am worried about the offset and rubbing.

Plus, I'm a cheapo.

I'm thinking either Rota Boost or Rota Torque in HyperBlack
I can't knock Rotas--have had quite a few sets and have had zero problems.

I am getting $375 at the end of this month, and hopefully will get a $800 bonus in September. Plus, I'm saving a bit between now and then...I think that should get me the lip, spoiler and rims/tires. Then I'll actually look as good as I feel :-D

well, the offset on the rims is +42, are you lowering your car?, if so, you will rub a bit, not on the fenders but the fender liner which not a biggie, just do what i did, negative camber!, i have -2.75 camber. and there isn't anything wrong with rota's, i only got the SSR's cuz they were going for half price cuz of closeout sale lol

Wow, this may be my fave GE8 on here. I love it!

Couple of suggestions:

I have the same headunit. Get yourself one of these knobs for the volume:
http://www.avic411.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=21115&start=0
That plastic stock knob is way to small and dinky.
BTW if you havent done so already check out that website. Has lots of cool mods for our radios. i.e newest maps, I got ride of the warning screen before the navi starts, etc..

Also maybe add the steering wheel controls using a PAC pioneer adapter.

Get some Clazzio seat covers if you like leather or vinyl. I can finally keep my seats clean

i did a few mods to it, like being able to watch video while driving. as for the leather seats, i was thinking of swapping out the seats to 2006-preset civic si seats, if i can find any

Looking good...but what's up with the pic of the open center console/armrest? Am I missing some subtle "mod" there?

Also, if you never ride with back seat passengers...then why don't you take out the rear seats? Major improvement in acceleration without seats, spare, and jack. AAA + fix-a-flat FTW.
