Good Non-HID headlights

What are some good xenon plug and play headlight brands/types that don't look too white or too blue that are standard 9003's.
Pics would be great.
Thanks!

Philips Xtreme Power. Available at CarQuest, or $20 cheaper by ordering them from Britain.
No pics, sadly. Search the internet, you'll find they're the brightest non-blue bulb out there. Of course, you pay to play with a shorter life and higher cost.

I've had the Silvania Silverstars Ultra's, PIAA extreme white, Phillips Crystal Vision Ultras and even some Nokya Arctic Whites. The best out of all of them have been the Phillips Crystal Vision Ultra's. I currently have the Phillips and they have lasted me the longest, best vision, and the whitest light. Lucky for me I can pick them up locally at the regional store here (Meijer)

Just to compare on how white they are I have some 5k led parking lights right above them. Notice how close in color they are?
Leds parking lights by themselves.

I had a set...I liked them until I got a more whiter bulb and realized how poor visibility they actually were.
Just as a reference to color temp..my fogs were 6000K Leds.
The stock bulbs are around 3000K-4000K Temp the Plasma GT-X lows are 3800K. The best bulb color/temp I've found is to be right at 5000K (The whitest light). 6000K is too blue and 4000K is too yellow. Reference chart...

Now the Plasma GT-X brights are really good I have to admit that...the reasoning is because the color temp is right at 5K.

"A new addition to PIAA’s stable of high performance bulbs is the Super Plasma GT-X. The new GT-X provides an exclusive purple low beam and an Xtreme White high beam. And if that weren't enough! PIAA has added a purple colored top coat giving the headlamp a purple look even when the lamp is turned off. Twin Pack 15962
Single Pack 15961 Bulb Type H4 Wattage 60/55w = 135/125w, 3800K/5000K Technology Super Plasma GT-X with XTRA Technology"

I've had these for 6+ months and they are still going strong.
I've had them in the past for years.
I had a set of Silvania's for 3 years and sold them with the car (95 Integra)

I recently had an accident where one headlight was replaced, so I actually have one Philips Xtreme Power bulb and one standard bulb in my car right now so I can post some comparison pics
.
You can click any picture for a larger image. I had the camera white balance set to 6500k.
The Xtreme Power is about 6 months older than the standard bulb. I think if they were both installed at the same time, the difference in brightness would be a lot more significant.
Xtreme Power on the left, regular on the right. Notice the Xtreme Power is slightly brighter but has a much larger hotspot.

Lower exposure.

Lower exposure still (so it's easier to see the difference between the two)

A picture from the driver's seat, with a really low exposure.

Xtreme Power on the right. You can see it's brighter and slightly whiter, but not much.

I just installed the Philips Crystal Vision Ultra bulbs after 1600 miles of stock driving, and I like them a lot. I'm not gonna go around saying they did a whole lot in terms of brightness and I think mostly due to the fact that a bulb can only do so much in a not very optimized dual output reflector. But I'm really happy to report that they are very very white with not a single bit of blue visible on or off. I'd say they are at most 7-8% brighter and I don't really feel that getting NightBreakers or X-Treme Power's will really help that much more. Besides I like the white light that the Crystal Visions produce. I picked them up at O'Riellys for $32 + tax
(The blue cast is ONLY in the reflector and doesn't show up on the ground or when the bulb is off, stock fog light bulbs)
