As topic states. Steering is hard, drives and runs heavy like brakes are locking. How to disable or disengage abs+sensor+monitoring???

Ok

Took out 7.5A abs fuse... No go, steering lock
Put back 7.5A abs fuse back and took out 30A abs sensor monitor fuse... Abs light still on but all seem ok now... Am I good to drive now?
