IIRC, this is just a resistor that sits inline with the mass airflow sensor and tricks the ecm into supplying the wrong amount of fuel.

 

It's garbage, that's what it is.

 

It should be noted that contrary to their claims, this does void your engine warranty. Its easy to hide, but nonetheless does. The fact that they lie like that makes me dubious. The fact that they have a 1000% markup on the part also makes me dubious.

 

I remember when I still had my Cummins, we bought one of these just to see what it was. Nothing more than 2 wires running into a box full of silicon lol.

 

30$, increased gas efficiency by 5mpg while gaining 40hp... how can it NOT be legit bro

 

BS. i wouldnt put anything like that in my car. says it works on 07-08 & 09-10. GD's and GE's dont have the same engines.
