Removing stock spoiler

For those of you who has removed the stock OEM spoiler, can you give me tips on how to remove it?

How many bolts etc and what I should watch out for?

its pretty easy. all you need is a flathead or some sort of that being lol, and the right size socket but i forgot the size lol. i will not be resposible for any damages =]

anyways becareful for these steps.

1. use flathead or whatever and pop open the clips. caution: when poping off the clips you might scratch and spoiler a little but it wont be too noticable.

2. after use a socket and loosen and remove the bolt under each clip.

3. hold the spoiler firmly and push up. it might be hard and it might seem that you are going to break it but you wont. its just a bunch of clips holding the spoiler down.

now you are done =]...i have a SSM Fit and took my spoiler off and put on a black one =] why are you removing yours anyways ?

^What he said. You can use a thin rag wrapped around the flathead to avoid damaging the spoiler. And it WILL feel like it's going to break when you are pulling it off.
