Eyelids for GE8

Don't know if anybody is interested but I was looking on Tfbdesigns.com and noticed they had eyelids for the GD Fits but not for the GE8.
TFB Designs Custom Graphics for the 2007-2008 Honda Fit GD3

I was curious to give the Fit front end a little more of an aggressive look so I thought this was a good option. I shot off an email to Tim at TFB and he was nice enough to respond quickly. This is what he had to say....

We are hoping to have eyelids for the GE8 soon. We just need to make a pattern from a GE8 and get some pictures with the eyelids installed. Please check our website again later. Thanks

Tim

I'm hoping they come out soon. I think it would be a nice little touch for the GE8.

Please support if interested.

I would consider if they have matching color codes for Taffeta White.

I agree. I'm only considering if its SSM for my car as well. Their emblem stickers are color coded so I would feel they would do the same for the eyelids.

EpilepticFit: Nice contribution to the thread a-hole. We are talking about tasteful aesthetic contribution to slightly change the look of the headlight...not fart can exhaust and non functioning fender vents . Take a look at this before you call stuff rice...

i had emailed them a while ago about this as well. i even put some painter's tape on my headlights to see how it'd look. i took it back off, but maybe i'll mock it up and send them the dimensions this weekend.

I know, I never liked eyelids until I had my mkiv gti, but I don't know a good shop for a boser, so eyelids will have to do.

Sorry this took me a while, but here are two options, if you all tell me which one you like, I'll take the measurements and send them off to tfb or whoever to make them. The first one follows the good line down, then makes a cut over for a bigger, more aggressive eyelid. The second one pretty much just connects the two corners of the hood and takes the curve away.

I like the first set, the second are a bit too subtle. I love boser hoods, but its nice to be able to give the Fit an aggressive look without body work.
