Why do you say they're the hardest to maintain?
It may just be the area I live in, we tend to have tons of road work and gravel here during the 5-6 warm months, due to all the heating and cooling from the crazy weather off the lakes. All the dust from the roadwork stood out on the white rims around town (well the four or so I saw) so I just assumed they showed dirt more easily than other color/material rims. Someone who's had experience with both a white and other style rim would know better than I. If anyone has past experience with white rims please share, it will affect the rolling gear I plan to purchase!

Yeah, I see what you mean. Like some paint jobs show dirt more than others.

I was wondering if you meant the color faded faster or chipped off faster, etc.

And let's not forget all that brake dust on the fronts !

The wheel has a good look (but I've never been a fan of "bolts" and "studs" around the outer part of the wheel).

Those look pretty light. Isn't it RH that makes lightweight expensive wheels?

Ah, very good point bringing up the brake dust. I know when it's warm out I wouldn't have a problem cleaning every little spec every day just cause I enjoy daylight when I can (3rd shift), but I'll keep that in mind as I keep looking.

Mr Ge8- It looks like your Fit is lower than stock and with those 17's it looks very sexy, the fitment is similar to what i'm looking for. If you indeed did lower it can I ask the springs (or coilovers?) used? I have been searching the forum a lot lately looking for any ideas on what suspension parts to go with but I just see opinions that vary drastically..

Wu Tang- At first I wasn't a huge fan of the wheels (not like it matters as it's not my car), but with some fatter rubber and a slight drop like you said I think your wife's Fit will look sick. Be sure to post some pics on this thread so we can see!!

I'm lowered on T1R S-coil lowering springs. A&J Racing sells them and they're vendors here on FF. The ride is similar to stock suspension but its a little more on the bouncy side imo.

Thanks for the info, it looks like a nice stance and I wouldn't mind more bumpiness. When I bought my eh3 it had some infamous $80 ebay 'lowering springs' so I'm ready lol.

Mine are ICW Racing black with machined lip...

My thoughts are to have the stock rims powdercoated white next spring just to do something different. The guy is painting the H in the middle red. I've had these rims for a couple of years and they still look great even though I did not take them off this winter.
