got my car back today!

After 6 days in the body shop I finally got my car back today. It looks great not having the driver's side bumper smashed in. :-) only problem I have noticed so far is they painted it Nighthawk Black Pearl and not Crystal black Pearl like its supposed to be. Not a show stopper but some one else's
Insurance paid for it. Should I complain? Thoughts?

It is not really a complaint if your car goes in one color and comes out another, it is a fact! I would have it repainted the right color if it was me for sure. If you like it or if it doesn't bother you than I guess you get a whole new color car!

Just the front bumper was painted NHBP, not my entire car. You can only notice it in the direct sunlight. I could call them to let them know for future reference and see how they react.

You should call them tell them to at least help out your fellow fit owners in the future.

Ask them what they would do if they were in your situation?

Personally I would call them, tell them nicely to the manager of course, and ask for a few free oil changes or something, that is, if you dont really want the color to match exactly

They will certainly give you something if you say, " we can avoid the trouble of you having to repaint it if you can offer me something in exchange for it being repainted"

They will need to see the color is wrong of course.

good luck

That's mostly what I planned on doing tomorrow. Give them a call and see how they would like to approach the problem. It's not too noticeable, but to some one who knows it sucks. :-( Too bad they are just a body shop so I can't get any free oil changes out of them. We'll see though.

That would stink to be without your car again but they really should get it right. Stick to your guns and have it done right.
Good luck
