T1R-S springs

hey guys, i need some advice/insight i plan on purchasing the t1r springs for 09 honda fit! i was wondering is 260 shipped a decent price? also how is installing them easy? hard? special tools? alignment required after? camber bolts? any info would be greatly appreciated

Yikes! Where are you getting your springs at?? I got mine from AJ Racing and it only cost me...$170 plus shipping...about $200 I believe, but not 260...way too much

A&J Racing :: Suspension :: Springs :: T1R S-Coil Springs - Honda Fit 09+ (GE8)

$200USD +Shipping at AJR.

I put T1R springs on my GD fit and it was relatively easy. I think the only difference in the procedure with the GE is that you have the remove the cowl at the windshield which is just clipped on. You shouldn't need much more than a socket set and some wrenches. A spring compressor should be used (free to rent at most auto parts stores). Camber bolts are not necessary and you should always get an alignment when the springs are changed.

Be very cafeful not to move the axle to much when removing the front springs/shocks.

AJR seems to be the only place that has them, and that how much it would cost shipped to my door. if you know of any other places selling let me know! thanks for all the replies guys

AJR seems to be the only place that has them cause they are T1R as far as I know.

Maybe someone can correct me but I think AJ is the R&D that is T1R but the stuff is made in Japan for them.
