ok, i've done my fair share of research here, so don't go telling me to use the search button, lol. i've looked up the two threads here to find the esm, one is from beaugus. I pm'd him and am awaiting reply. i've found a lot of torrents for it, but they are all in .rar form. this is a new type of file for me. how do you open it? do i have to use some program? is there a safe place to DL the torrent? can i get it in PDF form? and my final question, (the big one)
Can someone just email it to me?
because then i dont have to worry about viruses...

 

Rar is a storage type like zip. Most things that open zip should open rar. Anyway, the file itself is ~150MB, so it isn't emailable.

 

7-Zip

7 Zip is freeware that will "unzip" a RAR file.

WinRAR is another program.

Safe place for torrents? Anything that you get from the internet is a potential risk. Be cautious of any source including pdf or email. Learn safe methods by doing some research (google is a good place to start).

Anytime you don't know about a file type just google it.
