What exactly is a lifetime warranty? Is this for the film?The installation? It would seem to me that the film would have a useful life and would degrade over time. That warranty would come from the manufacturer. I can't imagine the film being warrantied for life. That leaves the installer of the film's warranty. So what are the warranties that people are getting with their tint?

 

My warranty was lifetime coverage for any cracking, bubbling, discoloration or any sort of defect in the tint along with free reapplication labor.

 

I don't understand threads like this....call a shop and get a quote.

I have gotten several quotes. I'm simply trying to get more information from a wider geographical area. I work with people who live in different areas, and am being told that the prices I am getting are high. I have received alot of good information from this thread,it got people talking,and I'm sure it helped some other folks too.
