Winter tires and rims for a FIT 2011

I have a Honda Fit 2011 with 175/65R15 Mags wheels. What is the best place for 4 winter tires with steel rims? Is it possible to use 14'' tires with a different aspect ratio?

Thanks!

You can use 14s but the weights have to be mounted either on the rim (which they don't really do anymore) or further inside the wheel away from the disc brakes. The drum brakes have plenty of clearance but wheel weights will just barely scrape the calipers up front if they are mounted just behind the wheel face.

Craigslist for the wheels (go for pre '06 Civic, any integra, or Fit 15" Alloys). I've used both tirerack and Discounttiredirect for wheels but I'm not sure what you have in Canada for options. My last set of snows for the FIT came from sears as they had the best price on a highly rated tire (general altimaxx arctic.) I also went with a slightly taller tire which raises the fit up about 1/4 of an inch (6.35mm).
