Need Help and Advise for Coilover Upgrades
Hi all,
My name is Zak.
Car: Honda Jass RS 2011 Model (Paddle Shift)
Engine: 1.5 (120BHP)
I’m an British expat living in Indonesia. I am about to buy a new car. Was choosing between the Ford Fiesta or Honda Jazz.
I have found the ford Sport Suspension much more superior compared to the Honda Jazz RS Version 2011. However Ford has its own issues and above all its resale value is poor. This has lead me to buy a New Honda Jazz.
Now saying this: I am not too happy with the Stock Sport Suspension....I am looking to upgrade it to a Full Coil over which will give me outstanding Ride comfort but Sport handling when cornering hard.
I am also looking to put in new 17 inch alloys or 18s. The 18 may be too big and not sure how it will affect the handling of the car.
My Aim: Ride/Comfort/Sports Handling Best of both Worlds. This is for Street Driving and Indonesia has poor Road Conditions.
Which Types and models do I need to look for I am very new to modification scene and have no clue. Just need the car to perform when driving aggressively.
Which type of Wheels should I look into, what size would be best?
I am also looking to improve the brakes and using other u upgrades to improve on handling? any advise here?
