Hi, I'm new to the Forums and new to my 2012 Sport A/T.

I'm looking into some light modifications, mostly bolt-ons which tend to be advertised for the 07-08 model range, and I'm curious if there are any major differences that would make some of these parts unusable on my 2012.

The parts I'm currently interested in are a HKS Super Mega Flow Reloaded intake (man that's a mouthful) and a Tanabe Sustec Front Strut Tower Bar.
While these parts are on the cheaper side, spending $200 on something I cannot use is obviously a dumb move. Any help would be appreciated.

 

Very Few parts between generations (07-08 is GD3 chassis code, 09+ is GE8 chassis code) are compatible so you'll want to keep an eye out for 09+ parts. I don't believe there were any major changes in performance, engine, etc... for '12 but it is the first year after the MMC (Minor Model change - where little things are "refreshed") Depending on the item you may need to look out only for 2012 parts. I would think engine mods however would work for 2009-2012.
