So about a month ago my 2000 vw tdi golf was in an accident. the other driver was at fault and yesterday I get news that my car was going to be totaled. so after lots of research and trolling around on this forum, I'm going to get the fit sport 5 speed most likely in white. I had a new 98 civic when I graduated high school and only have fond memories of that car. I got insurance estimates and it's expensive for the fit. my golf had the minimum required by law which was like $30 per month and with the fit I'm looking at just over $100 per month, maybe a little less if I combine it to my wifes policy. regardless I've driven the car and love it and resale value seems to be ridiculously great so I know I wont loose a tone of $$ like my old ford focus.
