2012 Sport Wheel Weight
Why don't you just take off one wheel (no, don't unmount the tire) and weigh it?
Then compare it to the "Official" part weight list for the GE.
I mean, you can assume the air would weigh nearly identical (but near meaningless anyway)... then get an official tire weight from TireRack or something... and that should give you the weight of the wheel.
Say the older GEs weight something like 36 lbs. 18 was for the wheel and roughly 18 for the tire (as also listed on TR for the two stock tires).
Then your's comes out to 36 also, but the tire is listed on TR as 19 lbs (assuming they put different tires on for 2012), which could mean the wheel weighs about 17.
Who knows, that's just numbers I threw in there.
The older GE weight list is here and here.
Just a guess, but I doubt they'd be less than 15 lbs.
Edit: I'm thinking they used the same tires for 2012... which is 18 lbs. So, whatever your tire+wheel weight difference from 36 lb, is roughly your wheel's weight difference from 18 (or 17.6)
