At least they put oil in it! This is why I've never had a car in my life that I've taken to the dealer for anything apart from stuff physically not capable of doing myself like TSB/Warranty stuff, but even for mechanical stuff not warranty related I go to a shop that I can trust based on passed experience or recommendation. I've never seen a dealer that's much better than a Jiffy Lube, most of them hire people off the street with a little know how.
