I need to know if this wheel size will fit my 2009 Honda Fit (base model) its not lowered. 15x6.5 - bolt pattern 4x100/4x114.3 - offset +25 ....if so....Would it be safe to put my 175/65 R15 tires on them.

Nope, the offset is waaaaay too low. You'll have a high chance of hitting your rear quarter panels. You'll need an offset of +40 or higher if you don't want tire rub or to roll fenders.

What is the stock offset and hub bore of the steel wheels that come with the Base GE?
