Compatible spare tire

I bought a 2010 automatic DX with 15" wheels, and after finding out that the spare tire wasn't included, I've been looking for an alternative that doesn't involve bending over for ridiculous Honda Canada pricing.

Are any of the spares from other Honda models compatible? I can find a Civic easily enough but I don't know if it would fit. Does anyone know?

Wow! I hope that you can find an affordable solution. Can't answer your question from personal experience ('cuz I be an American who got a spare tire), but I would be as upset as you are in your place. I don't know if wrecking yards are as plentiful in Canada as they are here, but in your place I would try to find a spare from a wrecked Fit or any other Honda model that would work from a wrecker. Good luck!

Go to junkyard, get a wheel from a 1988-2005 Civic that is at least a 14" wheel.

DO NOT GET A 13" WHEEL, it won't clear the brakes in the front.

Going on 3+ years here with no spare. What are you going to do with the bottles in there now? Toss them? Why do you want to lug aound another 20+ pounds?
