Question Help with windshield wiper fluid motor + hoses

Hello all,
I recently purchased a rebuilt (front passenger side collision) 2010 Honda Fit. When I got the car the windshield wiper fluid didn't work properly. When I turned on the front or the back jets they both always came on. The back jet would shoot really really strong and the front would only shoot about 3 inches.

I pulled out the reservoir and took pictures

The motor only had one power plug, there was an disconnected plug next to it just sitting there. The motor only has one outlet and that leads to a T which has the two hoses (front and rear I assume).

I'm guessing this guy didn't do it right.....is the motor not correct? Is it suppose to have a special T perhaps....any information you could provide would be great. Pictures would be amazing so I can send him/tell him to get me the proper parts.

Thanks so much - Justin

Here is a schematic of your washer tank components. Hope this helps.
