What really happened? Do you actually think you'll get a truthful answer about the shooting of an unarmed man?

From what I read... it's leaning towards an overreacting cop.

Here's another thought, What if it IS another FitFreak Member's family member? I'm sure the last thing they'd want is to see if on here.

No I don't think anybody will get a truthful answer. That's what I'm saying.

How are you leaning toward one side of the story though? The only assumed "facts":

Patrons leave bar in car together.
Speeding/overtaking ensues.
Unarmed driver gets shot.
Off-duty cop/witness/passenger with sketchy NYPD history (stripped of gun and badge) testifies driver was shot for no reason.
Cop that fired had no prior history of firing gun on duty, but was previously involved in some controversy as well.
Sources say the passenger was flashing her police ID out the window prior to the shooting. Before they knew it was police chasing them? WTF for? Intimidation?

There's obviously B.S. in there, but from which side, or both? Nobody knows, but that's not going to stop you and thousands of people from blindly choosing sides.

 

Sorry, only truth that matters was the cop shot an unarmed man. Not supposed to happen. NYC will be on the hook for yet another big payout.
