Question switch above passenger kick panel - 2013 Fit

Can someone tell me what the push button switch above the passenger right side kick panel is for? Right where dash and kick panel meet. Can't find anything in manual. Thinking a fuel cut off maybe.

Bet its the switch for the ejection seat!

Anybody??? Even open to ideas... Hate to gamble and push it as the Fit might turn into a pumpkin considering the time of year.

Well....to my wife's and dogs' complete dismay I just ran outside with a flashlight armed with a sense of curiosity to check out this mysterious switch!

I am reporting that on a 2012 there is no so switch but I did see a post that looks like a push pin where the dash mounts to the body complete with a nut and washer.

Could you please do one of the following 3 things:

1- provide a pic
2- push the thing and confirm it is not a screw head protruding from the body where the dash mounts (there is an identical one on the left side of the passenger area where the dash meets the kick panel)
3-And well has to be asked.....was this a hoax to get me to run out to my car at 1130 pm with a flashlight?

Brand new? Ask your dealer/service advisor... I don't think that's standard/OEM.

Thank you Dwalbert320 . You were right with the push pin. I saw it from the drivers seat and looking across the car, it looked just like a push button switch.

My 97 civic had a switch in the driver side kick pannel. Never figured out what it did, since flipping it appeared to not do anything? It was wired into the after market alarm system the previous owner put in. Which I eventually ripped out because it was a hack job instalation at best.
