Plastic mats for winter

I've read in other threads that the WeatherTech maps are pretty good but I am wondering if anyone is using any of the cheaper mats available? I see Goodyear mats in various stores for a lot less than the WeatherTech mats, and I am curious as to how they fit. I am looking for plastic mats for the driver and passenger, and the WeatherTech mats are more than I want to spend.
Suggestions?

Well, I believe with nice mats, you get what you pay for. The WeatherTech fitment and look are amazing. They're rugged, look good, and serve it's purpose well. Yes, they are expensive, but I think they're worth it.

The Aries liners (saw this for the first time a couple of days ago) are also a bit pricey, but also look very nice.

I suppose if you don't want to spend that much, perhaps get your hands on a pre-owned set of OEM carpet mats. This way even if they get dirty, it's not a big deal. It obviously can't hold large amounts of mud/liquids though. I've seen OEM Fit Sport mats in okay condition go for as cheap as $20.

Anything that fits well will be pricey. Otherwise Costco's thick $19.99 carpet and winter mats are nice. Walmart is also an option. But fitment will be meh.

If you concerned enough about performance of an all weather floor mat to pose the question on here, I believe you really want something good with no regrets. Bad floor mats look like crap and be dangerous too. Get the Weathertech Digitalfit's and be done with it. They wear like iron and fit perfectly. I have had 4 sets for different vehicles.

I got the Husky Liners® WeatherBeater molded to fit from Carid.com. Lifetime warranty and everybit a nice as the WeatherTech DigitalFit™ and a much better price. Both front and full back for $106. No way for water to get under them onto the capret. I've been messing around with cheaper mats for years and it isn't worth it! Going to get their mat for the cargo later on. Still checking my options there!

I did not even know about those Husky liners, interesting. The last time I Husky liners they were 1/2 inch thick rubber mats that weighed 10 lbs and were universal fit. Looks like they have stepped up. They look good.

Certainly not the "Best Price" as they are $8.00 more. And I got excellent service and fast free shipping from Carid. Sorry you had bad luck.,

just ordered Aries floormats

Aries HD04221509 Black Rear 3D Floor Liner - 1 Piece : Amazon.com : Automotive Aries HD04221509 Black Rear 3D Floor Liner - 1 Piece : Amazon.com : Automotive

Amazon.com: Aries HD04211509 Black Front 3D Floor Liner - 2 Piece: Automotive Amazon.com: Aries HD04211509 Black Front 3D Floor Liner - 2 Piece: Automotive

^ Click on the links above.

I read about these on another thread. I have a Honda Fit 2013 Sport model, and recently purchased these from AMAZON. The site says they do not fit this model, but the original person who posted the thread has a 2013 sport model as well, so I knew they would fit!

I highly recommend these as they look pretty awesome and have full coverage of the floor in case of spills and are waterproof! In my opinion, these are better than the weathertechs, and they are shaped exactly to fit. The bottoms also adhere well to the carpet so it does not move around

$95.94 for the front and passenger liner, 2 pieces
$71.94 for the rear liner which is 1 piece

And you can buy the almost identical Husky Liner WeatherBeater, all three pieces for currently $126, including shipping. That is $40.00 cheaper for a almost identical product from a well known manufacturer! Lifetime warranty and Husky has been around a very long time with excellent reviews on their floor mat products. Really happy with mine which have full coverage of the floor, both front and rear. You could pour a whole quart of milk in them and it would not leak out!!!

I got the husky too and they are great. Full coverage and even covers the dead pedal portion so no nothing will get on the floor. They are made high quality and for what they are worth worth the cost of replacing the carpet which will get dirty faster in winter. Ill swap out the floor mats again web summer rolls around.

Btw. Amazon has the husky 3 piece set for $107 shipped
