I grabbed it off of eBay! Already off to a bad start getting parts off of ebay...haha

Any CMC from a 96-00 civic will do. Nissin being the OE supplier means perfect fit n finish. Other honda models will have the same part too, but I forgot which range of models have it.
"nissin clutch master cylinder civic 96 97 98 99 00"
Plug that string in to eBay and it'll take you right to it.

Despite having no idea how to get to the CMC, I'll figure it out...

I love my Fit don't get me wrong, but that CDV issue, the shitty tires, the body roll....let's just say I couldn't help but drive my 200,000mi 99 civic HX to work today.
Can't wait till paychecks start rolling in so I can do something about all those gripes!
