Would make a nice alternative for modding a daily driver.

Also, I still have some parts collecting dust in my apartment. Buy them!
I hear ya about having a low car! I have the stock ride height on my GD sport and I need to get some touch up paint for my bumper because both corners are slightly shredded from scrapping. I always get that when coming out of a driveway onto the street, the lowered lip of the sidewalk combined with the incline is usually enough for a rub no matter how slow I go.

i really like the look of those headlights though. I'm a total headlights newbie, are those HIDs? Is it the anti glare shield that causes that ring shape? Is it easy to install such headlights in a GD?

I have a base with 205/55R16 DWS on 15.5 lb rims and a sport rear axle with welded anti-sway bar.

I waited until road construction was done before changing out the axle...

Don't kno if you could stand it, but 195/65R15 PureContacts are 25 inches in diameter. Those on the base steel rims with no sway bar would make that ride satisfying.
