This site does not host pictures. You have to put them somwhere else like photobucket. Then you can post the link for this pictures in a thread.

I use imgur.com to host pictures. There's an Android app if you're so inclined. Once you upload the photo, use the link it provides in BBcode.

BBcode is a popular method for adding images to posts. If you are using an app to view the forum it may have its own method, or you can use the image button in the editor if you are using a web browser.

In the following example, don't type the * - I added this to prevent the forum from interpreting the image.
