So my MM service reminders were in the following order...
A1
B12
A1 (currently at 19k miles)
The B12 indicator was around 12k miles so I decided at that time that the car was still relatively new so I just went with the A1 service and replaced the cabin air filter and engine air filter with a K&N myself.
Now that I have an A1 coming up, I was wondering if I should do the B1 or just go with a regular A1.
Like I said, I don't think anything was really bad at the time of the B12 service because I baby my car. Should I have done the B12 service at that time?

As usual, should you or any member of your Ignorant Mechanic Force be captured or killed, the secretary will disavow any knowledge of your existence. This Fit will self-destruct in five seconds. Good luck, workin9classhero
Since you did the tire rotation, oil change and engine and cabin air filters, all you skipped are a bunch of inspections, plus parking brake adjustment. I think the inspections are excessive at 12000 miles since it sounds like you would keep an eye on those things yourself. Yes, they could catch something, but they're mostly a way for the dealer to charge you an extra $100. I do check my brakes myself when I rotate tires. There's a spec for the parking brake adjustment - I think the cable is supposed to be tightened if the handle pulls up more than seven clicks before the brake engages. I just check mine before each oil change and it hasn't needed adjustment yet in 30K miles.
To me, none of the B1 inspections will have any impact on the life of your Fit. And safety-wise, I would check those things myself more frequently, rather than wait for a Honda reminder to do it every year or two.
