Has anybody ever had any problem with this dealerships service department, i.e. bad service work? I've only gone there once to actually get service work done, but have had to go back twice since then to have problems fixed that were caused by their service department.

 

As i write this i am sitting in the customer service department waiting room....... for the 3rd time in 2 weeks!

 

Service department is horrible i will not be coming back here should have learned the other two times...
Bad service 3 out of 5 times.

 

never dealt with their service dept, but talked to their sales dept. over the phone in '06 and the guy had a horrible attitude.

i told them what color and transmission fit i was looking for - they told me they had exactly what i was looking for, but that i couldn't see it nor test drive it unless i bought it, so i bought mine somewhere else.

if you say their service dept is bad, i readily believe you.
