I was wondering if anyone has a pic of what is under the dead pedal.

I am looking at getting a 12-13 fit, but have issues with the dead pedal.

Basically, I have a leg injury and the placement of the dead pedal makes it slightly uncomfortable to sit. I feel that without it would give me the needed inch or two of leg room to sit. That is if there is nothing behind the pedal like a metal support or etc.

Pretty it's the same on all years( I have an 11) it's just a plastic cover that pops off with your hand or interior popper. It's only like maybe 1/2 inch thick when removed.
