That tire looks like it was driven while flat, just saying.

 

What I was in high school I worked ina gas station. I had a lady come in and asked what the red light meant. I check the oil and is was not on the stick. I told her she need at least 2 quarts of oil. She refused to let me put it. She stated that was her husband's and drove away. A few day later her husband showed up at he station mad at me for not adding oil. I explained what happened and he understood. It turns out she locked up the engine on the way home.

Idiot lights, and indicators (and gauges) do mean something when they go on.

 

Some warnings are more serious than others. The oil light means stop now. The low fuel light does not. I think, though, that some are yellow and some are red, and that should tell you something...
