It's been a while FF...

Because I forgot my password up til yesterday. &I'm on here behalf of Cocowheat/EvoFit, just in case anyone remembers him. He's given up on this forum, so if you need info on the k20z1 swap, you won't find it on this forum. If you need info, find his contact info and contact him directly. This forum has not helped with any progress on the swap, so why bother feeding everyone info when we were never handed info or got help when asked? Just saying, I thought Fit drivers would be nicer -_- I'll post them photos. Oldies, new ones. Progress, ya know the drill. +we're hitting up the track on the 21st. AutoX and Roadcourse. Will post pics&vids then.

So Cocowheat is gone from FF? That's sad. He is the pioneer for the K swap, hence he hasn't gotten any help (from GE owners anyway). I was subscribed to his thread too

On a lighter note, hope to see more of your Fit! What are you lowered on? Those 949 are really nice..

Yes, Cocowheat is gone but I'll still post on his behalf. He may return, ya never know. Lowered on Swift Springs with OE struts and shocks.

Honestly 90% of the people on this site will not take there car to the level of a engine swap the car is still to new to be spending $10K+ swapping the motor. There is only a hand full of K swapped GD's on this site (probable less then 10?) and even less of those guys are even active on here. I always tried to help when he had questions, but my knowledge is VERY limited and I am not even a 100% sure on the things I know.

This site is defiantly not the place, not yet at least, to go for your K swap questions. K20A.org is the place for that. What you do learn though you should then bring back to this forum and share what you have learned. If breadman had the same kind of thought of screw you guys I had to struggle to figur this out so you guys do aswell. We then would not have his great DIY's of putting in the HR shifter box or the RRC intake manifold.

I hope Cocowheat does come back and I look forward to seeing his progress. I also hope to see you guys if not at a track day at least another Honda meet again soon.

Yes, he got his resources elsewhere. Couple things left to do and get and it should be good to test fit and hopefully run. Are we going to see you in brainerd next weekend?
