Talking K20?

Just got a new Fit Sport today. Had a Tundra prior to this. It's going to be nice to not have to pay 80-90 bucks a fill up anymore! Anyways, just wondering if anyone has dropped a k20 motor into their Fit. If so, can you post some info regarding specs and cost? Thanks!

just search engine swap. searching "k20" as pointed out above will show you the wonder of the search bar not being able to search anything with less that 4 characters.

You'll find plenty of k2X engine swap treads as well as the picture and discussion threads

Searching k20 won't work as its been brought up hundreds of times and the search function requires more than 3 characters.

What OP should do is go to the engine swaps forum. There is a K-swap thread.

It is largely GD filled at the moment as (to my knowledge) no US GE owners have done a K-swap.

Member Cocowheat will be venturing on his soon though..I hope.

If I had a dollar everytime one of these "I just got a Fit, should I k-swap?" threads came up, I'd be able to afford a k-swap

Protip: Using Google to search Fitfreak is easier than using the built in search function

WAIT JUST ON SECOND! your telling me, you can actually swap a different motor into these cars? how on earth does that work? Is it even possible? I always though the engine that came with the car was the only one that worked in the car.
