Acura ILX Rims on my Fit
No, just bought 4 bolts and a set of wheels locks, them all olds parts of the car.
1. disassemble
2. the mechanic have a form guide to open the 5 hub assy holes and the disk holes too.
3. everything have to be milimetrical centered, if not u will have problems like have unbalanced tires but worse.
I will put some more pics in a few days about process.
About the lip, I recommend it i bought it on Amazon:

The Disk Brake Rotor and Rear Drum Brake Cover (USDM) might be drilled without problem.
but this part right here:
The actual Hub were the wheel stud is, got to be from a new / different part.
Because there is no way you can re drilled the original 4x100 holes to install the new 5 wheel stud.
Kuo's Garage had made a conversion kit,
but I always think that a CR-Z 5 hub would bolt on to our Fit (have not compare the part side by side though),...
so your mechanic must either found another Honda with 5 stud hub that fit to our Honda Fit or he must machine/modify it to fit.
The question is,
Which car model did that 5 stud hub came from?
here is the Kuo's garage hub for reference so you can see there is no way to redrill that part,
because the stud had to be TIGHT, and re-drilling will have at least 2 holes overlap and will not allow the
stud to be TIGHT fit:

Quick research shows 5x114.3 Civic drums are almost exactly the same inner diameter as Fit's drums.
7.87 in. Civic
7.88 in. Fit
Service diameter is 7.91 for both apparently.
Just putting that out there.
Edit: Why would Kuo's garage make center bore 64.1? Is that a standard size for aftermarket wheels or something? That's nothing that couldn't be gotten around with a spacer anyway, but just wondering.

people just have to go directly to that shop and just said, I want this metal drum to be drilled to this configuration,
don't have to say anything about brake or something, just say you need for custom project,
this way the machine shop will not have any liability and will just do it.
(don't ask don't tell policy
)(actually it's not a problem in my case since I already have the JDM rear disk axle)...
but
I think the GENERAL problem is,
this Kuo's kit (TOTAL INSTALLED COST) is not that cheap for Honda Fit user demography/market segment.
because not only the price of the kits are near $600,
but after that,
you still have to change your wheel and tire too.
(not to mention the spare tire no longer work and need to change
to 5 lug spare tire too).
Which mean the minimum cost for this kit INSTALLED and ready to use
(with either new/used wheel/tire and spare tire) would
cost from as low as $1,000 (if you can find a used wheel and tire for $400 which should be in very bad condition),
up to $2,000 for cheap new wheel and tire and spare tire package,
to the sky is the limit (if you want exotic wheel and high performance tire)...
For me, my main personal problem with this Kuo's kit is,
First, I already bought my wheel and tire for 4x100 pcd
and
I would be reluctant to spent more money to buy a new set of wheel and tire,
I just wish I knew about this kit before I bought my wheel...
Second,
I also worry that if someday the BEARING that came with the Kuo's kit need to be replaced, will I be able to find replacement bearing?
If Kuo's garage still in business at that time (probably 5 years from today),
then I will not have problem, but what if they are no longer in business...
That is why I am interested in finding an OEM replacement hub that can either bolt on or modified by myself, so I knew which OEM Honda bearing I need to buy in case I need a replacement bearing in the future...
after I knew how to make this 5 lug kit on my own using Honda's OEM parts,
then I would think whether I actually want to do this conversion, since that mean I had to buy a new set of wheel and tire,...
I am sure many other prospective buyer of this kit are having second thoughts like what I had above...

have center bore of 64.1mm.
This can only means that most likely Kuo's find other Honda 5 lugs hub that can be machined (or even direct bolt on) for our Honda Fit !
That also mean, most OEM and aftermarket wheel for Honda with 5 lugs are
using the 64.1mm center bore (and not our standard smaller center bore)

After quick search looks like most Honda with 5x114.3 PCD (5 lugs),
have center bore of 64.1mm.

Too bad the Fit's hubs are welded on instead of bolt on like the Civic. Could have been a complete OEM 5 lug option. Damn you Honda lol
