Baterry Removed

The battery in my HondaFit was removed. What will affect the configuration of the ECU? There are configuration procedures to be executed after connecting the battery?
Any opinion or tip is welcome.

ps: to replace the brake fluid in car with abs, has always been oriented disconnect battery to avoid damage to the ABS system. Is it valid for HondaFit ?

The ECM will reset itself after a few trips. But you will need you radio code to be put into the radio and reset the master window switch by rolling it down and holding down on the front edge of the switch for a few seconds when the window it all the way down. Then roll it all the way up and hold the switch up for a few seconds after the window is all the way up.
