Most likely in the motor.

You might try resetting the control unit:

1. Turn the ignition switch to LOCK (0).
2. Press and hold the driver's window DOWN switch.
3. Turn the ignition switch to ON.
4. Release the driver's window DOWN switch.
5. Repeat steps 1-4 three more times.

alcohol method

This has happened to my Honda Accord before.. I was about to buy an OEM Honda parts to replace my switch until I read the alcohol method. Dumping alchohol down the switch until it gets all inside, then try to work the switch back and forth in order to clean the contact. It really worked for me.. I don't think you have a problem with your motor since your window still goes down-meaning your motor is still working..

IF that doesn't work, depending on how confident you are with electrical, you may want to take apart the switch and see if the contacts are dirty or need to be re-soldered.

jeon is right. Alcohol method works like a charm even for me.
Also, Motor may have problem considering the type of rotation is it being able to perform. One sided rotation of motor blades can be one of the reasons.

hmm. my left front window is sometimes slow to open and sometimes normal speeds. all others are normal....
i once let a $20 bill slip inside the door via the window.
how would i open it up to get the money out and see what the hell is wrong with it?

thanks for input

Well I think you should check the window motor gear. I think the gear is completely bad ass. So you need to check and if its finished then replace it with the new one. hope you understand what you have to do. now go and fix it. gud luck.

It's not a gear problem. Mostly with such problems don't work the button. If you didn't check it - you have to. When the up-button contacts inside are broken - the window will go only down. So try to check this.
