What is my Fit worth?

Hoping to get some feed back from the forum regarding what would be a good asking price on a private sale and maybe what I should expect on a trade in amount.

I have a 2013 Honda Fit Sport, manual trans, 9150 miles. No navi, no dings, scratches of anything.

Would $16k be a high number to ask in a private party sale?

Way high.

Cars.com shows new ones in my area for $16,215, one for $15,513. New. Cars.com showed mine for $16,200 back in February and the dealer offered it to me for under $15,000.

And yours is used.

Mid South $$$

There is a used one at a local Toyota dealer it's ' 13 Sport AT with about 10,000 miles on it
They are asking $19,995

Looked at a used '13 Base with 8,900 miles on it for. $17,009

I think both of these prices are crazy
Looked at a '12 MT base with 14k miles they were asking $14,599 I thought I could buy it for $12,250 they told me I was crazy
There aren't many '13s left and they aren't giving them away
The best I could do on a Sport was $16,700 and a Base $15,400 might do better on a black car or a MT

So I guess $16k would be wishfull thinking? I guess location has a lot to do with the pricing?

I did a quick Autotrader search within 100 miles for 2013 only. There was one Sport at a local dealership to me with the same mileage but auto and they are asking $16k. All the other 15 or so cars in the search results are $17k or above with double the mileage as mine.

Click on one. See what they're really asking for.

I have a bud who buys cars that aren't moving on a dealers lot and drives it until it sells
He rides for free and makes money
$16,000 is not a crazy price
What is loan value?
$15,950 sounds so much less
