New here as a registered user but have taken help from this forum before a few times.

Found this little port in middle of the console on my Honda Fit 2011 below the lighter port and Video AUX in port. Any idea what it is?

First I thought it might be a USB port but then when I looked at the cables available online, am not sure anymore.

Yes I have the stock radio, and it is a JDM.

While we are at it, are you aware of a good stereo which I can replace it with which will still give me reverse view, steering control and bluetooth at least?

 

This looks like an aftermarket accessory cable, you should just take it to your local car stereo shop and they can confirm

 

Looks like an inter navi plug.
