Help please. 2009 honda fit stalls when not warmed up. Multiple misfire codes. I changed all coils and spark plugs performed idle learn procedure. Problem is getting worse. Check engine light is coming on more often. Getting frustrated did anyone else have same problem? If so what solved issue. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

 

seems like you replaced the coil packs and plugs...what did you replace them with?

if you torqued the plugs to spec I'd check two other things:

1) valve adjustment might be needed

2) maf sensor and air filter (do you have aftermaket intake or filter?)


either or both would have that effect on your car.....good luck

 

How many miles do you have on it? Which cylinders are misfiring? Do you live in a colder climate?
