Top of the driver's footwell on the right, near the center stack.
Any bluetooth connector should be fine, just read the reviews. Torque was great for me until I replaced it with an UltraGauge.

Torque is pretty as all get out, but the UltraGauge is smaller, dedicated, doesn't muck around with bluetooth or use my phone. That's for Waze, weather and the occasional call.
A "real" gauge, Ultra or Scan, isn't constantly being removed from the car and has memory- I reset the trip distance and mpg numbers at every refill. It's small enough that I have it mounted on top of my steering column, blocking a part of the cluster that I don't need to see. I don't have to lose my gauges to check on something or make a call. For me, it's ten times better than Torque. But I really liked Torque- it worked very well and looked even better than it worked. It just wasn't exactly what I needed.
