Exclamation RUST spots

2011 has many rust spots at top of hatch opening (not door) . Anyone experiencing this ? Not something you'd expect this soon or ever .

Yup. I get a few of these every winter. My first winter was terrible. All over the car. Now maybe 4 or 5 tiny ones.

They are rust spots, caused by micro stone chips that expose metal. Rust forms and creeps under the paint, creating a bigger rust spot.

Clean that out and apply some touch up paint.
