On/Off Dome Light Flickering

On/Off Dome Light Flickering

The single square dome light between the front and rear seats flickers. It's not a dimmer/brighter flicker. It's a full on/off flicker.

Any ideas?

check the screws holding it to the roof to make sure they are tight (pop off the cover). those act as the ground.
